What skin concerns does the Butt Blemish Cream target?
The Butt Blemish Cream is designed to help improve the appearance of butt breakouts, post-inflammatory marks, redness, uneven skin tone and skin texture caused by friction, sweat or irritation.
While it helps smooth the look of uneven texture, it is not specifically formulated to treat Keratosis Pilaris (KP).
Is the Butt Blemish Cream suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes, the Butt Blemish Cream was formulated for sensitive butt skin. It is fragrance-free and formulated at a skin-friendly pH of 4.
However, because the formula contains active ingredients including 10% Azelaic Acid, 2.5% Glycolic Acid and 0.5% Salicylic Acid, we still recommend performing a patch test before use.
How should I use the Butt Blemish Cream?
Apply, in the evening, a dollop of cream on a clean, dry skin. Massage until fully absorbed.
The cream is designed for daily use and absorbs quickly without leaving a greasy finish.
For optimal results, we recommend combining its use with lifestyle habits such as showering after workouts, avoiding excessive friction and non-breathable fabrics, wearing looser clothing when possible and avoiding scratching the skin.
When will I start seeing results?
Results can vary depending on your skin, consistency of use, lifestyle factors, and the type of blemishes or texture present.
Many people begin noticing smoother-looking skin texture within around 2 weeks, while visible improvements in blemishes and post-breakout marks may take around 3 weeks or longer with consistent use.
Can I use the Butt Blemish Cream on other areas of the body?
The Butt Blemish Cream was specifically formulated for butt skin, which is thicker and exposed to unique triggers such as friction, sweat, tight clothing and prolonged sitting.
While the cream may also be used on certain body areas prone to similar concerns, such as the thighs or back, it was not formulated or tested for facial use. Facial skin is more delicate, has different sensitivities and breakout triggers, therefore we do not recommend applying the product on the face.
Can I use the Butt Blemish Cream daily like a body cream?
The Butt Blemish Cream is designed for daily use, but it is primarily a targeted corrective treatment rather than a classic body moisturiser. As the formula contains active ingredients including Azelaic Acid, Glycolic Acid and Salicylic Acid, we recommend using it consistently for up to 2 months before transitioning to a regular body moisturiser for maintenance.
Are there any precautions when using the Butt Blemish Cream?
Yes. Because the formula contains active ingredients and exfoliating acids, we recommend avoiding application on broken or freshly shaved skin. Mild tingling may occur when first using the product. If irritation persists, reduce frequency of use or discontinue use. We also recommend using sun protection if the area is exposed to sunlight.
