Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products with a broken seal
  • Damaged products
  • Products purchased from third-party retailers
  • Final sale or promotional items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us on the day of delivery at info@fessue.co.uk with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item and shipping label

Claims submitted after the delivery date may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Refunds & Exchanges

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrectly supplied.

We only replace items that are defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly shipped.

Product Quality Concerns

If you experience a texture, consistency, smell, or formulation issue after opening a product, please contact info@fessue.co.uk within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Product name
  • Batch number
  • Photos or videos of the issue
  • Date opened

As cosmetic products can be affected by storage and handling conditions, refunds or replacements are not automatically guaranteed. All concerns are reviewed individually.

Adverse Reactions

If you experience irritation, allergy, or any adverse reaction, stop using the product immediately and contact info@fessue.co.uk with:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Batch number
  • Description and date of the reaction
  • Photos if relevant

Reports are reviewed as part of our cosmetovigilance and product safety process in accordance with UK cosmetic regulations.
